Every project tells a story - here's a glimpse into the spaces we've brought to life
Look, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - these projects pushed us, challenged our thinking, and honestly made us better at what we do. Each one came with its own quirks, tight deadlines, and those "wait, can we actually pull this off?" moments. But that's kinda the fun part, right?
The clients wanted something modern but not cold, y'know? We worked with this tricky sloped lot and actually used it to our advantage - created these cascading levels that flow into the ravine. The floor-to-ceiling glass was non-negotiable for them, and I'm glad we pushed for it because the natural light completely transforms the space throughout the day.

This one was interesting 'cause the building was this old warehouse from the 20s - great bones but needed serious rethinking. We kept the exposed brick and beams (would've been criminal not to) and built these flexible work pods that companies can actually configure however they need. The rooftop terrace wasn't in the original budget, but we found ways to make it happen.

Honestly, this client knew exactly what they wanted, which made our job easier and harder at the same time. We redesigned the entire flow - knocked down some walls, opened up sightlines. The kitchen became the heart of it all, which is how it should be anyway. Marble countertops, custom cabinetry, the works.

Green building certification was mandatory here, so we went all in - geothermal heating, solar panels, rainwater collection, recycled materials wherever possible. The challenge? Making it look good while ticking all those environmental boxes. Turns out, sustainable doesn't have to mean boring.

Multi-unit projects are tricky because you want each home to feel unique but also cohesive, y'know? We designed six townhomes here, each with slightly different layouts but sharing this clean, modern aesthetic. The private rooftop gardens were a hit - everyone wants their own outdoor space in the city. Parking was a nightmare to figure out, but we made it work.

Turned a master bath into a legit spa retreat. Heated floors, rainfall shower, that Japanese soaking tub they wanted - the whole nine yards.
Small space, big ambitions. We maximized every square foot while keeping it comfortable and Instagram-worthy (chef's words, not mine).
Post-pandemic, everyone needed a proper workspace. Built-in storage, soundproofing, natural light - made working from home actually pleasant.
We're always up for a challenge. Whether it's a complete build or just reimagining your space, let's talk about what you're dreaming up.
